What happens after you hit send
- Your message goes straight to a person, not a ticket queue. We read every one and reply from a real address you can answer.
- You get an answer within one business day, usually the same day. If the answer is “Arclo is not the right fit for this,” we say that instead of booking a call.
- If it helps, we look at your site before replying, so the answer is about your site and not a brochure. You never have to sit through a demo to get one.
Two things make a reply more useful: your website address, and the one result you want more of — phone calls, booked appointments, or form fills. That is usually enough for us to tell you whether search is your bottleneck at all.

Do I have to talk to anyone to get started?
No. You can run a free scan of your own site from the home page without an account and without talking to us. If you want to see what a finished report looks like first, there is a full example report for a sample local business.
What does it cost?
Plans start at $49 a month and every plan is listed, with what is in it, on the pricing page. There is no setup fee and no annual contract. The first scan is free.
Do you do the work, or do I?
Either way. Arclo finds the problems and writes the fixes, and you approve them — that is the how it works version. If you would rather not touch it at all, we also run the whole site for you on a managed site.
Do you work with my kind of business?
Arclo is built for local businesses that get customers from search — clinics, practices, salons, trades and studios. There is a page for most of them under use cases. If yours is not listed, send a message and ask; the answer is usually yes.
Is my data safe, and who can see my site?
Your scan and your site data are yours. We do not sell them and we do not publish your results. If your business handles patient information and you need a signed agreement on file, ask and we will send ours.
