What happens after you hit send
This form is the slower route, on purpose. If you would rather see the work than read about it, the free scan on the home page reads your current site and builds you a complete new one in about two to three minutes, while you watch. Nothing is paid and nothing is committed.
Two details make this route more useful. Tell us which booking or scheduling system you use, because that decides how inquiries reach your front desk. And tell us how many clinicians or locations you have, because that decides whether one page or a set of pages is the right shape.

What running the site covers
Building the site is the start, not the job. Once it is live, Arclo keeps it hosted and secure and goes back over it every week — technical and speed fixes, tightening the pages that are close to ranking, watching competitors. None of that is a ticket you have to file, and every change is logged so you can see what happened.
It runs on its own. There is no account manager to chase and no agency retainer behind it; the work happens on a schedule whether or not anyone remembers to ask for it. What each plan covers is on the pricing page.
Inquiries go where you actually work. A form submission becomes an email to your front desk, with the source attached, rather than something sitting in a dashboard nobody opens. You keep the code and the domain, and you can take both with you. Do I pay before I see anything?
No. The new site is built first and you look at it before any money changes hands. Setup is $0. Plans and what each one includes are on the pricing page, and there is no contract — it is month to month.
What happens to the site I have now?
It stays up and untouched until you decide to switch. The new one is built alongside it, you compare the two, and your domain only moves across when you say so. If you would rather Arclo took over the site you already have instead of replacing it, choose "take over running the site we have" in the form above.
Can you sign a BAA?
Yes, on every plan, at no extra charge. If your practice handles protected health information, our BAA page explains what is and is not stored, and how contact forms are set up so that clinical detail never lands somewhere it should not.
Do you work with my kind of practice?
Most likely. Therapy and group practices, psychiatry, med spas, dermatology, optometry, chiropractic, physical therapy and veterinary clinics are the ones we see most. The page for therapy practices is a good sense of the detail this goes into for one field.
How long until the new site is live?
The build itself takes about two to three minutes, and you watch it happen. After that the date is entirely yours: review it, send edits and your real photos, and when you say go it goes live on your domain.
